Prof. Mwinyikione Mwinyihija is a titan of the leather industry in Africa. He is currently serving as Executive Director of Africa Leather and Leather Products Institute (ALLPI), formerly called COMESA/LLPI, where he has been since 2013.
Before devoting his work full time to ALLPI, Prof. Mwinyihija served Kenya Leather Development Council (KLDC) as Chief Executive Officer whose mandates were promoting, regulating, directing, harmonizing and coordinating all activities in the leather sector in Kenya.
